Founded and headquartered in beautiful Missoula, Montana, MGTeamPlus is truly a global business. Our founders, Brian and Paul, bring extensive international experience. As serial entrepreneurs and small business owners they understand the challenges of attracting and retaining skilled dependable staff. But they also recognize that talent exists across the globe and appreciate the opportunity to help US businesses meet their workforce needs.

Brian Morgan

Brian Morgan - President & Co-Founder

Brian Morgan is a serial entrepreneur having started his first business Adventure Life shortly after graduating from the University of Montana. It was through his experience with Adventure Life, a business he continues to own, that he identified the potential for remote professionals (RPs) to be an effective way to meet some of the businesses critical workforce needs. Today Adventure Life has a team of ~30 RPs handling much of the detailed behind the scenes work that is an essential part of delivering bespoke travel experiences.

Paul Gladen - CEO & Co-Founder

Originally from the UK, Paul’s career encompasses experience as a partner in a global accounting and consulting firm, an entrepreneur, and a leader of economic and workforce development programs for a US State university. Paul brings a big picture mindset and a client focused approach to the challenges of small and medium sized businesses and today’s complex workforce environment. Paul started MGTeamPlus with Brian because he understood the challenges businesses faced in finding and retaining skilled workers.

Mitch Bolinas - RP Team Coordinator

Based in the Philippines, Mitch works closely with both our RPs and client partners. She ensures smooth communication, timely updates, and ongoing support for every RP placement. As a former RP herself, Mitch understands what makes the relationship work — and how to make it last.

Position: Account Receivable Associate

Location: Lipa City, Batangas, Phillippines

RP Role: I support the accounts receivable team by tracking outstanding invoices and assisting with collections and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

RP Experience: My professional experience has been entirely from local employment prior to this role. This is my first time working as a remote professional, marking an exciting new chapter in my career.

Role: Vendor Procurement - I manage and secure flight inventory for group bookings, builds strong relationships with vendors, and ensures all deadlines are met.

RP Experience: This is my first remote professional role after nearly a decade in various positions within the BPO industry.
