Real Work. How can a RP help my business?
Our RPs thrive in the unglamorous nitty gritty of day to day business. They take pride in being productive and solving every day customer or internal problems. Our clients have RPs working in a wide range of roles. While our RPs often have very strong customer service experience and skills they often sit behind our clients front line staff processing orders/reservations, updating customer information and coordinating operational tasks, or assisting with invoicing, collections or other accounting tasks. If the work can be done remotely there’s a very good chance we can find a RP to handle it for you.

Real Professionals: Our MGTeamPlus RPs
Many of our RPs are recruited from the well established Philippines business process outsourcing sector and as a result they have benefited from extensive training and are accustomed to US customer expectations and operational performance standards. They are comfortable working in fast paced environments and leveraging an array of technology platforms as part of their work.
However, our RPs are excited for work from home opportunities that eliminate their lengthy and congested commutes and the chance to spend more time with their families. Our RPs are seeking good pay for hard work and the opportunity to support their families. While our RPs often have significant supervisory experience and several of our clients have elevated their RPs into supervisory positions, our RPs do not come with the unrealistic career progression expectations that can sometimes accompany junior and entry level employees.

The careers of MGTeamPlus’ founders, Brian Morgan and Paul Gladen, are based on delivering bespoke experiences and customized client service and they bring that philosophy and experience to MGTeamPlus. Our clients are small and medium sized businesses. Our clients on average have 34 employees. Our largest client has over 100 employees and our smallest just 9. We have a significant number of clients in the travel industry as our President & Co-Founder, Brian Morgan has owned a travel business for over 25 years, but we have successfully placed RPs in a variety of sectors. If the work can be done remotely, there’s a very good chance we can find an RP to handle it for you.

RP Skills & Experience
- An RP sourced for your business would have at least five years of relevant experience based on your specific role needs.
- We source RPs from the Philippines and ensure they have strong English verbal and written communication skills and have experience interacting directly via phone, email or chat with US/international customers, suppliers or colleagues (as appropriate).
- You will nevertheless need to onboard the RP to your organization's specific processes and tools.
Work & Team Setup
- RPs work the same US work schedule as your team unless you need or prefer a different schedule. Our RPs are experienced in, and generally prefer, working the "graveyard" night time shift that aligns to US office hours.
- Our goal is for the RP to become an integral, and long term member of your team participating in meetings or team activities just like any other remote team member..
- MGTeamPlus President and Co-Founder Brian (cc'd) has experienced very high levels of retention/loyalty with his RP team at Adventure Life and we are seeing strong retention with our clients.
- RPs work from home and have their own computers and screen/headset. Your IT team can work directly with the RP to install any specific applications on the RPs computer.
- MGTeamPlus provides support in the background on an ongoing basis to ensure the RP is performing effectively for you and enjoying their work.
Contract Terms
- Our RPs are provided to you on a service provider contract basis. You do not have to deal with payroll, taxes or benefits.
- Our monthly service fees vary based on the RPs experience but are typically in the $1,500 to $2,500 per month range, based on a 40 hr work week.
- Our contract is a rolling month to month agreement with a 30 day notice period.
- Timelines for sourcing qualified candidates are typically 2-4 weeks from receiving your instruction and role description.
